I was dreading the appointment because it was for an ingrowing toenail and thought I’d be in agony. I arrived and had a lovely conversation with the receptionist and started to feel more relaxed and happy, then Ian told me I had a corn and removed it and he was so gentle I hardly felt any pain, we had a lovely conversation about his dog and I have to say I can’t rate this place enough, very pleasant experience.
